What is a Lutheran Christian? 

First and foremost, it is about being Christian.  There is no perfect church so long as we are in this fallen world.  We are all sinners in need of God’s grace.  Though there are many denominations which split many churches, we can all agree on the fundamentals of the faith.  Being a Christian is all about knowing Jesus as Lord and Savior.  It's about having the Holy Spirit making a dwelling place within us and guiding our lives, and as for us as Lutheran Christians, it's about living a life by faith, and partaking in the commands of Christ in Baptism and Holy Communion and spreading the good news of the Gospel message.  As Lutheran Christians, we believe in the Bible as the living Word of God and in the giving of ourselves in acts of service and love.  

  Sacraments 
 

We as Lutheran Christians accept two sacraments as God-given means for penetrating the lives of people with his grace.  Baptism and Holy Communion are visible acts of God’s love. 
 

We baptize all ages.  Please call the church office to schedule a time to meet with the pastor.  We practice open communion.  You don’t need to be a member of St. Paul’s or any other Lutheran Church to commune with us.  We welcome all baptized Christians to meet the living Jesus Christ in the sacrament.
